Kelp is an herb which is so rich in minerals, vitamins and nutrients that it works extremely well as an all around apiece day vitamin. It’s especially useful as a women’s vitamin, because it’s high in iron, calcium and potassium, all of which tend to be essential for women during menstruation, and while pregnant or nursing.
Kelp has a salty taste, and many people even use it in place of salt. It is also a natural source of iodine and this is where a lot of it’s wellness, medicinal and healing power comes into play.
Iodine is crucial to your body, because it helps the thyroid function correctly. And the thyroid manages growth, energy and metabolism in your body. Because kelp is a natural source of iodine, it’s received by your body more slowly and safely than chemical iodine is. I’m actually allergic to chemical iodine but I have no problems ingesting moderate amounts of kelp on a apiece day basis.
Kelp controls both the thyroid and pituitary glands, plus it triggers all glands in your body. It’s terrific for nab growth and hair loss, also it can help regulate your body temperature. It will help if you have problems with chronic low body temperature.
Kelp is healthful to the pancreas and the prostrate. In reality it helps with both female and male organs in the body. The kelp covers the throat as it goes down, and the iodine destroys the strep bacteria. It also relieves pain immediately. It’s gritty and does not taste too good in tea form, but it works really fast and it’s inexpensive.
One other little known fact about kelp is the weight loss benefits it has. Because kelp regulates your thyroid, this can also perk up your metabolism and give you more energy. It also acts as a diuretic, which means it will help you rid water your body might keep. These two benefits of kelp performing together can help you achieve your individualized weight loss goals.
