Instead of driving to work I achievement there. It takes me 20 minutes apiece day. If you can’t do that, maybe you use lifts?
Then get off one floor early and achievement the last bit.,.. it is only a few steps but doing them over and over will make you that extra bit fitter and then maybe you might want to get off two floor earlier.
You can also begin drinking water only. These are all small steps but they work, the main point is sticking to these steps and adding more and more until you will be just fit.
