i hav the sedu 1 1/2 inch flat iron. in all the reviews w/ pics, all the ppl’s hair look shiny and healthy & perfect. mine, however, has dry, split ends. idk y! and the top (like an inch below my scalp) wont straighten. i use the correct products (ive done LOTS of research.) and everything! and ive also gotten a trim. plz help, wat am i doing wrong?!?!? oh, i hav poofy frizzy curly medium-damaged hair.

Make sure to use heat endorsement each time you straighten your hair. (Oh yeah, most of the photos were edited) It protects your hair and makes it shinier. There are also shampoos that fix your hair. Go to you stylist and ask for a suggestion.
