Here is what the ACS has to state about wheat grass therapy.

Wheat grass is very high in chlorophyll and proponents believe drinking it is good for your hemoglobin counts. It tastes pretty good blended at a one part wheat grass to ten parts carrot juice mixture but to most people tastes unpleasant by itself unless you like drinking juiced yard clippings.
If your papa likes drinking it then let him but if he doesn’t do not lay a guilt trip on him. Having cancer is tough enough without your children laying a bunch of their expectations on you.
What type and stage cancer does your papa have? and does he have a good oncologist? good luck to you both

wheat grass juice will not cure anything- there are no known natural cures to any type of disease, infection or infections that cause cancer.
sorry. but things that sound too good to be true are usually too good to be true.
I can only repeat the reply I gave your question in the V&V section:
I’m sorry to hear that your father has cancer.
I know how desperate you feel, but there is no food or drink that is proven to affect cancer in any way – that is to cause, prevent, treat or cure cancer.
Wheat grass will not affect the progress of your father’s cancer in any way, and will certainly not help cure it.
I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer after decades as a vegetarian and 8 years as a vegan; I’ve always juiced and added wheat grass to my juices. Sorry but it didn’t prevent my cancer, it didn’t cure it and I’m not relying on it to prevent recurrence or metastases.
A healthy diet is always a good idea, and wheat grass is certainly healthy, so by all means use it. But please don’t be under any illusions about it, and please don’t allow anything to be a substitute for tested and proven cancer treatments.
My best wishes to your father for his treatment.
Supposedly it is very healthy. My mother tried this and I tasted it. I did not like the taste. It did not save her.
I can only offer my sympathy to your father, and anybody else afflicted with cancer. I wouldn’t for one minute suggest that any one food on its own is going to alleviate the problem. However, I’m equally sure that if he gets his diet right, exercise, mental state, etc, then there is hope.
The alternative is to go down the toxic route. And it’s very toxic. What was it that killed all those people in Hiroshima? Radiation. I’d take a look at some of these articles here, before raising your hopes that the chemotherapy and other options are going to be your father’s salvation.

If you want to sign away control for your health to somebody else, and all the endless pharmaceutical corporations with a very different agenda than yours, which is to get healthy, then go ahead. Personally, I’d prefer to retain control as much as I possibly could.
